Was never delivered

When I saw I needed eye cream I didn't even bother going anywhere else. I came straight to Nimi for their superior product and customer service. However, I was doomed for disappointment. The product never arrived and when I emailed customer service I was told that they would "open an inquiry" and then was ghosted when a week later I emailed to ask for an update. So I have paid for a product that wasn't delivered and not treated very well by customer service. Overall this particular experience has been upsetting and made me leery of future purchases.
