Return & Exchange Policy

How to Initiate a Return:

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your Nimi order, we're here to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process. Please email us at hello@nimiskincare.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

Return Policy:

  • Unopened Products: If you return the product unopened, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return for a full refund.
  • Opened Products: For opened products, a $10 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund. This policy also applies within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@nimiskincare.com. If you encounter any issues returning an item within the 30-day period, our customer service team is here to assist.
  • Your order number is required to process a return.
  • Refunds, minus any applicable restocking fees for opened items, will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No Return Slip Required:

No need to worry about a return slip. Nimi packages do not include one. For assistance with returns or exchanges, simply contact hello@nimiskincare.com.

Processing Returns:

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive them.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return is processed and your refund has been issued.

Incorrect or Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is not what you ordered or it arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at hello@nimiskincare.com, and we will ensure you receive the correct Nimi product as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:

We allow exchanges for different products in cases of damage or shipping errors. Please email hello@nimiskincare.com with your exchange request, and we'll guide you through the process.
