How do I place a return?
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to hello@nimiskincare.com.
Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Gift cards are final sale.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry - Nimi packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to hello@nimiskincare.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@nimiskincare.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Nimi product you ordered!
Can I exchange my purchased product for a different one?
In certain cases due to damage or shipping errors, customers can exchange their purchased item for a different one. Please email hello@nimiskincare.com and let us know why you’d like an exchange, and we’ll see what we can do.
